Jump Rope Wall Challenges
To complete this activity, each student will need a jump rope. The teacher can post on a wall one or more of the wall challenges for students to complete. The wall challenges have three options and the options are based on difficulty of the task. Students can choose if they want to complete the activity for the red, yellow, or green options. A specified time is decided by the teacher for how long each wall challenge will last (i.e. 30 sec to 1 min).
