JUMP’N Dice

To play this activity, students need a pair of dice, a jumprope, a JUMP’N Dice card, and a dry erase marker. Teachers can print the JUMP’N boards on cardstock and laminate the boards so the cards can be used over again.

  1. Students roll the dice and then add or subtract the amount to see which square they will complete. For example, if a student rolls a 2 and a 3 then they can complete the #1 square or the #5 square.
  2. The teacher assigns a set number of jumps to be completed for each square or a set amount of time.
  3. Modification: a teacher can say for students to complete all the odd or even numbers.
