Mission

" As the world becomes increasingly interdependent, CISAT International encourages and supports CISAT faculty, staff and students in their efforts to engage in international education opportunities, pursue international scholarship and service, examine global issues in the classroom, and build relationships with individuals, agencies and institutions around the world."

Goals:

To increase awareness of international issues through active outreach in the College and in the local community.
To identify and pursue funding opportunities in support of the mission of CISAT International.
To assist CISAT faculty in combining educational and research pursuits through projects of common interest and particular relevance to developing countries.
To encourage and support faculty as they develop ideas, curricula, international exchanges, study abroad programs, and collaborative research programs.
To engage students in international learning experiences.
