Mission Statement

CISAT International seeks to promote international and interdisciplinary
collaboration, education, scholarship and cultural exchange with other
nations. Areas of focus include Agriculture and Water management,
Information technology, Energy, Health and Nutrition, Mental and Physical
Well-being, Science and Social policy, Telecommunications, and Transportation

CISAT International Goals

To increase awareness of international issues through active outreach in the College
and in the local community.
To identify and pursue funding opportunities in support of the mission of CISAT
International.
To assist CISAT faculty in combining educational and research pursuits through
projects of common interest and particular relevance to developing countries.
To encourage and support faculty as they develop ideas, curricula, international exchanges,
study abroad programs, and collaborative research programs.
To engage students in international learning experiences.
