[CISAT] [ISAT]
Welcome!
The Career Café was first created in 1997 to help prepare Integrated
Science and Technology (ISAT) students for an internship. As technology changed,
so has the Career Café. We are now able to offer a much more
comprehensive website geared not only toward students, but to ISAT alumni as
well as employers looking to hire our top notch students.
The Career
Café offers features such as:
- Resume and cover letter preparations
- Internship/job search strategies
- Listing of available internships
and permanent positions for ISAT students and much more!
Guidelines for ISAT internships
An internship is any work experience that allows a student to practice and enhance developing skills. Ideally, the internship experience complements academic training and gives an introduction to a specific career or field of interest. An internship can provide a unique way to find out the difference between what a student thinks the job is and what it actually is, and since almost all ISAT internships are paid, a student can make money while learning! It is recommended that every ISAT student complete an internship.

Employers, Graduating Seniors and Alumni
Companies can post available ISAT-related
internships and full or part-time positions under the For Employers section.
Graduating seniors and alumni seeking full-time employment can explore available
ISAT-related positions under ISAT Job Opportunities.
The Career Café is
a place for employers, students, and alumni. Together, we can build relationships
that work.
Go ahead, dig in and remember to come back often because the
menu may change!
