Prototype Hybrid Scooter
We would like to begin development of a hybrid scooter. A hybrid scooter offers reduced emissions, exceptional fuel economy, and is popular in the commuter world. JMU ISAT students would design and construct the scooter as part of their Senior Thesis requirements, and then incorporate it into the Educational Outreach Program. The estimated cost to support this project is $10,000
