Biodiesel Three-Wheeler
JMU students are currently undertaking the design and construction of a biodiesel three-wheeler. The project began with the donation of an old diesel engine, a 1979 Yamaha motorcycle, and a 1972 Volkswagen SuperBeetle purchased from a junk yard for $50. The biodiesel three-wheeler will become part of the educational outreach program as an eye-catching example of the feasibility of biodiesel implementation.
